Commode 'aux faisceaux et aux trophees guerriers'.
In mahogany with a Carrara marble top. The central doors hide an interior with English drawers.
The original commode by Joseph Stockel and Guillaume Benneman was designed for Marie-Antoinette in 1787 for the Chateau de Compiegne and is currently in the collection of Chateau de Fontainebleau, France.
