Colored pencil on paper, framed. Featuring the cat in the hat. Signed and attr. Dr. Seuss on the lower right corner. 27 x 19 cm (10.6 x 7.5 inches). Frame size: 44 x 36 cm (17.3 x 14.2 inches). Theodor Seuss Geisel was an American author, political cartoonist, poet, animator, book publisher, and artist, best known for authoring more than 60 children's books under the pen name Doctor Seuss (abbreviated Dr. Seuss).
