Description
Original Paul Paul Klee (1879-1940) 1981 exhibition poster for the Florence, Italy in the Orsanmichele Museum. The Orsanmichele is known as the kitchen garden of St. Michael. The church - museum was originally built as a grain market in 1337 and later turned converted into a church between 1380-1404. The underlying piece is called Verfluchende Frau (Woman who Curses) and is after the original which was painted in 1939. It is matted and framed under glass and it measures 29.5 inches x 35.5 inches. This piece was acquired from a Virginia estate., 29.5IN x 35.5IN (75cm x 90cm), LOT REF #23-1042
