A Yamaha SA semi-hollowbody body electric guitar, no serial number, in black sparkle finish. Custom made for Randy Bachman, who has sold 40 million records worldwide as a member of The Guess Who, Bachman-Turner Overdrive, and as a solo artist.

Randy has a relationship with the Yamaha company spanning decades, and this SA model was custom-made for him. Analogous to an SA2200 model but with the trim appointments of an SG3000.

The guitar’s maple top, back, sides, and neck wear a black finish with gold flake over top for a stunning sparkle effect. The body has binding made of white plastic and abalone, also present on the headstock. The bound rosewood fretboard has mother of pearl split block inlays with a unique RB inlay at the 12th fret. Black nut, 21 “Fret Wave” intonation-compensated frets, gold hardware. Bound f-holes, two pickups, toggle selector switch, two volumes, two tones, and a Varitone filter for exciting new tones.

Includes original Yamaha-branded black hardshell case with gold interior.
