A Gibson Johnny A. semi-hollowbody electric guitar in natural, serial #JA1066, which likely dates 2011. Owned and played by Randy Bachman, who has sold 40 million records worldwide as a member of The Guess Who, Bachman-Turner Overdrive, and as a solo artist. Personally gifted to him by blues, jazz, and instrumental rock guitarist Johnny A. when Randy played New York’s Roseland Ballroom in 2015.

Mahogany set neck construction with a 25.5 inch scale length, a 22-fret bound ebony fretboard with mother of pearl deco-style inlays. A flame maple top with a natural finish, multi-ply binding, and swooping sound holes. A semi-hollow mahogany body with multi-ply binding on the back. Gold hardware, two humbucking pickups, ABR-1 bridge, Bigsby B7 vibrato, three-way toggle switch, and volume and tone controls for each pickup.

Includes original hardshell case and its original set of Gibson ’57 Classic pickups dated 2007 in a Lindy Fralin box, which are presumably the pickups currently installed.
