A 2018 Gibson Les Paul R9 1959 Reissue, serial #982269, sunburst finish. Owned and played by Randy Bachman, who has sold 40 million records worldwide as a member of The Guess Who, Bachman-Turner Overdrive, and as a solo artist.

This R9 reissue “Burst” came directly from Gibson as the company cleaned house during the departure of the former CEO, Henry Juszkiewicz. Since that time, the guitar has been played only sparingly. The guitar still has its tags.

A 24.75” scale length mahogany neck with a bound 22-fret rosewood fretboard with trapezoid inlays. A cherry-finished mahogany body (chambered) with a bound maple top finished in lemon burst. Two *** humbuckers, volume and tone controls for each, and a three-way pickup selector switch. Cream plastics, nickel hardware. ABR-1 bridge and stop tailpiece.

Includes original brown hardshell case with pink interior and original hang tags.
