Antique, likely from the 19th century, large saint/santo bulto carved wooden figure of the Madonna/Virgin Mary with dark hair, darker-toned skin, brown glass eyes, standing on a cloud-like form with the faces of angels around the base. She stands with her hands crossed over her chest. This piece is in good condition given age, with wear including discoloration and fading to the paint, residue, and some vertical cracks along the robe and base.No significant loss. Likely carved form a single block of wood.
