Description
A Pennsylvania Chippendale Cherry Drop-Leaf Dining Table, Second Half 18th Century. The rectangular top having a pair of hinged drop leaves above a molded frieze to either end, raised on Marlborough legs with chamfering to the inner corners. Tulip poplar secondary wood and oak flying rails.
Dimensions: Height 28 1/4in; width 47 1/2in; depth closed 20 1/2in; 53in;Â length open 54 1/4in.

Structurally sound. Retaining an old surface. Good color throughout. Scattered stains to top. Good oxidation throughout underside. General marks, wear, abrasions and surface scratches throughout. Slight mildew to the underside.
