5.14.22-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1140- as described the lamp was observed operating, the plug shows some age, lamp is overall intact and after careful UV light and visual examinations, I note no loss, the lamp stands steady, I observe only some minor inherent imperfections to glass, such as small bubbles and variation to the iridescence, the interior shade at top inner rim has a small chip, and there is very slight surface wear underfoot, see image, there are no major cracks or restorations observed, please see attached images for your review
