Description
Mexican or Spanish Needlework Sampler (Dechado), Nineteenth Century. Worked in wool threads on linen "Lo hizo Visenta Ma.," beneath a house and outbuildings, and scattered throughout with letters of the alphabet, three figures, animals, birds and flowers. Frame: H: 22.375 in., W: 22.75 in., D: 1.125 in.
