A large collection of various vintage German Goebel Hummel and American Lenox porcelain figurines of children in village costumes in rural scenes with baskets, vegetables, fruits, flowers, animals, Christmas figurines, and others. Each figurine is marked with a manufacturer blue stamp or paper label, impressed with a date and number on the bottom. Several are signed by the artist under the base. Several are marked, The Hummelscapes Collection Happy Birthday Goebel 1998, Musikfest Collection Christmas Wish Goebel 1999, Lenox Santa and Sleigh Dash Away All Collection Handcrafted in Thailand, on the bottom. One figurine is titled, Cinderella, with a label on the side. Hummel figurines (also known as M.I. Hummel figurines or simply Hummels) are a series of porcelain figurines based on the drawings of Sister Maria Innocentia Hummel. Lenox Corporation is an American manufacturing company that sells tableware, giftware, and collectible products under the Lenox, Dansk, Reed & Barton, and Gorham brands. For most of the 20th century, it was the most prestigious American maker of tableware, as well as making decorative pieces.
