Spring Assemblage No Reserves 10% Start Price
Pangaea Auctions presents its Ethnographic Tribal Museum Collection:
We are excited to bring to you an exceptional collection and a first of its kind to be sold by the original owner. This spring auction offering represents a portion of a grandeur collection that we will present in future 2017 auctions. Each African and Oceanic lot was obtained between 1960 and 1990 via private collections across West Africa, South East Pacific, California, Chicago, New York, and Atlanta. Some of these high quality lots have been on exhibition through reputable Museums and annual displays with custom made metal stands specifically designed to fit the artwork. This catalog showcases the top 50 lots from each category from highest estimate to lowest estimate and the remaining catalog lots are listed by category/groups in the same manner. Our private consignors have requested to remain anonymous within our descriptions and advertisements but we have the liberty of communicating consignor information by telephone if you call our listed Auction House number. This auction has a "Starting Reserve" which means that each lot is starting at it's Reserve Price. Therefore all bids placed can win the item at the Start Price or higher. We have an agreement with our consignors that 10% to 25% of the value is a great starting point for our bidders. Please take advantage of this amazing opportunity to expand your collection or your resale profit margins. Good luck bidding!
