Good experience but not contacted about shipping have not received item

I follow many auction houses for vintage Navajo rugs and blankets. I found a book on Navajo Weaving at Bryant Art Auction that is rare and out of print. I was so happy to win it at the recent Bryant auction. There were problems with my credit card (hackers hit me: ), so I worked with Paris at Bryant to straighten out payment. She was very professional and pleasant, and personally made sure it would be shipped in house that day. I will always look at Bryant Auctions for continued good service. CB of Santa Fe
