Very Good

My only complaint with direct auction galleries is I can spend too much money with them. Consistently great items and always super easy to deal with. I live locally in chicago so I pick up so know them in person. Highest praise, appreciation and more. Never one issue and always polite friendly pick ups! Thx so much! Big love.

Have bid in their auctions in the past, but will not be doing so in the future. Bid on this Lionel lot thinking they were originals, when in actuality they were clearly labelled as restoration or reproduction items and were not disclosed as such! I know they know better....

The watch got water in it the first time my daughter washed her hands.

These folks know how to package items for safe and fast arrival. A wonderful source for amazing antiques and collectibles. They are very efficient and describe all lots & items accurately. I had an issue with one of my purchases and the Owner took charge and resolved the issue fast and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them and I would definitely will buy again from them. Their shipping department does a great job packing & very reasonable fees for shipping also. So They are A + in my book. Thank you guys for a great transaction!

The items were purchased at a good price and the descriptions were accurate. The in-house shipping was seamless and easy, and even though the auction ended over the holidays, I still received the items a lot faster than I have from many other auction houses/shippers. The price charged for shipping was exceptionally reasonable and I received very quick responses to my emails. Highly Recommended!

I have participated in the Direct auction many times. The people have been pleasant to work with. There’s a wide variety of things. Their price estimations are sometimes OK and sometimes a bit off so do your own research. This is probably my favorite auction, because they always have new items. there’s another auction that I love, but they only have an auction like every three months, so I love Direct and also they are close to my house so I can get big things without paying for Shipping.
