They wanted to charge me almost three times what I paid for the item to ship it to me. I told them to keep the item (it had been paid for). Very disappointing. Lessen learned, hopefully.

Great auction house, good people.

I've done business with Kraft Auction Service a few times. Always good friendly service. This time I went there to pick up my lots. Great fast service. One of these days I hope to go to there auction in person. I really like their place. Sincerely Larry.

Kraft Auctions is one of the best houses on the internet. Their descriptions are reliable and thorough. The auctions are always run completely professional and with the Buyers in mind. Payment was a breeze compared to other Auction Houses I've dealt with. Shipping costs are very reasonable, and fast. Kraft is just a great Auction House to deal with!

Buick sign was totally repainted and clear coated. Has bondo filling holes Discription said touch ups. very dissatisfied with this sign. Others I bought were as described. I payed way too much for a sign in # 2 condition.

Excellent packing and fast shipping made these sellers stars my eyes!

A very professional organization!

Shipping is overly expensive and drawn out. Sent my item and it was missing a part (a main part at that). They wanted to send the part to me but I declined. The item sent should be what is pictured in the auction photos and I should not have to reattach it. I was able to get a partial refund but the person I worked with was not overly nice. Stick with Bertoia, RSL, or Milestone for antique toys. Caveat emptor!

Oh no this was a pretty good auction from start to Finish. Very reasonable shipping cost along with a nice airplane. No glitches in the auction from start to finish.

Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and professional. My item was packaged very well and arrived safely! Bidding was easy.

Getting to the shippers was a little slow

I paid immediately. It's been 3 weeks and I have still not even heard from their shipping department. If I hadn't called twice, there would have been no contact. And when I did call, the people I spoke with were not really friendly or helpful at all.

A plaesure to do business with

Multiple painted metal items were left loose in original box. Result was broken parts and paint loss, making some items worthless. Individual wrapping of items would have prevented any problems. Probably 5 minutes work at most. Can't understand why this would not be obvious to an experienced auction house
