This is my second time purchasing from this auction house. I liked that the descriptions were accurate and included the weights for copper cookware I purchased. My items matched the photos exactly. I felt confident bidding on these items. I picked up my items in person and found the staff helpful. I would definitely do business with them again.

The item was better than expected. However, Diane and Frank are outstanding. I spoke with her several times and she was always so supportive and encouraging. They made the experience so personable that I’m going to see them in person. They always offer the best items available And shipping and second to none. You can feel the friendliness and see the smiles through the phone. This is The best Auction experience I’ve ever had. If you were on the wall over trying something, you must try these folks. You will feel like you are a part of their family.

Paid for the item the day after the auction and over 20 days later o still don’t have my map even though I reached out to the shipper immediately. Not sure I would do business with this house again. I get they are in a small locale, but they either need to do a smaller auction or get some in house capacity.

I had no issues whatsoever with the auction company. Everything was just as it should be. Arrived just fine. Again, Marion Auctions was a great experience and I hope to buy from them again!

Great auction! When I called for advice about shipping a piece of pottery with a particularly weak spot, staff pointed me to the best shipper for the job. Everything arrived beautifully packed, looking just as it did in Marion's remarkably helpful photos.

I’m a big fan of Marion Antique Auctions. Great and often unusual lots, extremely professional and friendly service. One of my favorites.

I had not dealt with Marion Antique Auctions previously. I will definitely participate in their future auctions. I am ecstatically happy with the lots I won-they are even better in person than the online pictures conveyed. Their service was cheerful and seamless. I do a lot of online auctions and find that I am less and less interested in dealing with auction houses where that don't offer good service. Marion gets 5 stars from me on both the quality of their lots and the quality of their service.
